The Weed Man Columbus North, OH team lives and works in the communities that we serve. Offering quality service is our main goal for our customers and neighbors. Meet your Columbus North, OH Weed Man team of lawn specialists who are professionally trained to manage all of your lawn care needs. We're happy to introduce ourselves!

 

 

CORBIN & AUDREY SCHLATTER | OWNERS  

Corbin grew up on a dairy farm in Northwest Ohio. He began his lawn care career by mowing lawns in high school and opened his first business soon after graduating. In 2003, Corbin and his wife Audrey joined the Weed Man family and purchased their initial franchise in Northwest Ohio. Taking a leap of faith they expanded their operations into the Columbus market in 2006 and in 2018 again expanded into the Dayton market.  Corbin & Audrey are blessed with 5 children and now 2 grandchildren.  It has been a true joy for Corbin & Audrey to watch their family and business grow together over the years.   Corbin & Audrey are involved on their church leadership team and the Board of Directors for the New Path Pregnancy Center. When away from the office, Corbin and Audrey stay active with their kids and grandkids participating in CrossFit, Cycling and watching their kids participate in school and church events.  Corbin also finds a little extra time during the winter to officiate High School Basketball games throughout the local area.

DAVE | OPERATIONS MANAGER

Dave has been a valued member of the Weed Man family since 2015, bringing dedication and versatility to every role he’s taken on. Over the years, he has worn many hats, including Route Technician, Service Manager, Shop Foreman, and Assistant Operations Manager. Now serving as the Technical Manager, Dave oversees the daily operations of the Technical Department, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Prior to joining Weed Man, he built his professional foundation in the landscaping and automotive industries. Outside of work, Dave enjoys spending quality time with his children, tackling home improvement projects, and taking pride in maintaining his own lawn and landscape.

 

ROB | SERVICE MANAGER

Rob made the move from Colorado to Ohio in 2018 and quickly became part of the Weed Man team as a lawn technician. Since then, he’s grown within the company and now serves as a Service Manager, leading and supporting a team of technicians. With a strong background in retail and customer service, Rob brings quick thinking, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset to his role. Outside of work, he enjoys collecting comic books and coaching his son’s baseball teams. Above all, Rob loves spending quality time with his wife and kids.

RYAN | SERVICE MANAGER

Ryan joined the Weed Man team in 2018 and has taken on several key roles throughout his time with the company. He began as a walking route technician, later excelling as both a Z-Spray technician and an aeration technician. Currently, Ryan serves as the Manager of Large Equipment Services and will be leading a team of technicians in the upcoming season. His previous experience as a food service manager gave him valuable leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage small teams. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys golfing, fishing, and unwinding at home with video games.

CORY | SERVICE MANAGER

Cory joined the Weed Man team at the start of 2023 and quickly stepped into his current role as a Service Manager. A graduate of Mount Vernon Nazarene University, Cory brings valuable leadership experience from his time managing in the fitness industry. Through that work, he developed strong communication skills and a genuine passion for serving others. Outside of the office, Cory enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and daughter. He also takes pride in caring for his own lawn and landscape and loves hitting the golf course whenever he can. We’re excited about the energy and fresh perspective Cory brings to the team and look forward to his continued growth with Weed Man.

JESSICA | CUSTOMER SERVICE manager

Jessica joined the Weed Man team in 2018. She has experienced many different school systems but graduated from Licking Heights. Jessica is a CSR and specializes in handling customer emails and overseeing our grouped accounts. Her previous job experience includes various customer service roles and working closely with the public as a library aide. Outside of the office, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, her cat Charlie, and gardening. Jessica has a huge love for books. She has more than she can read but continues to add more to her stack!

 

hannah | lead administrative/ social media manager

Hannah graduated from Fairbanks High School in 2015. She has been with Weed Man since January of 2018 and has had her hand in a few areas of the admin department. From Customer Service Rep, to Training Assistant, Social Media Manager, HR, and now Lead Administrative, she is excited to take on this new challenge and help set the admin team up for success! In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and cat, playing DND with her friends, and reading.

 

ALLISON | CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Allison started with Weed Man in January of 2022. Allison graduated from Jonathan Alder High school in 2020. Her current role with us is customer service representative. Allison’s previous experience working at an assisted living facility has helped grow her ability to communicate with customers and help provide answers and resolutions that work for everyone. Allison is now the “fun aunt” to her nieces and nephew and is enjoying every minute! In her free time, she enjoys long walks, spending time with her family, traveling, and reading.

 

Victoria | CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Victoria joined our team in 2023 and is really settling into her admin position! She graduated from Jonathan Alder High School in 2020. She has previous customer service experience that she feels has really helped expand her horizons and better her communication skills. When Victoria is not at work, she enjoys reading, and watching movies with her two younger sisters. She has 6 animals at home, 3 cats and 2 dogs!

 

monique | CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Monique started with Weed Man in 2025, bringing her vibrant personality to the customer service team! With previous experience in fast food, factories, and sales, she’s learned valuable lessons that have guided her journey and shaped the way she connects with others. Outside of work, she enjoys solving puzzles, reading, and working on diamond art. A self-proclaimed goofball at heart, she secretly loves people and brings a warm, fun energy that we welcome into the office!

 

tabitha | customer service representative

Tabitha joined the company in 2025 as a customer service representative in the admin department. With over five years of experience in the spa industry as both a front desk associate and front desk manager, she brings a strong skill set that Weed Man is thankful to have! She holds a degree in psychology from Columbus State and has a love for understanding people and building connections. In her free time, she enjoys reading, spending time with family, baking, and collecting vinyl records.

 

ERIC | SALES & MARKETING MANAGER 

Eric joined the Weed Man team as a senior at Hilliard Darby High School back in early 2010 as a lead generator.  When he left for school at the University of Cincinnati, Eric joined up with the Weed Man franchise in Cincinnati.  While in Cincinnati, he spent time in sales, production, customer service, quality control, and as the assistant sales manager.  Eric returned home and became our sales manager.  While not at work, you can either find Eric watching sports with friends and family or playing with his dog Frankie

 

jennifer | inside SALES MANAGER 

Jennifer started with Weed Man in July of 2024 as our Inside Sales Manager. Jennifer has over 20 years sales experience which includes 10 years of retail and call center team management. Jennifer’s previous experience has taught her the importance of being a servant leader and a customer first advocate. When Jennifer is not in the office she enjoys spending time with her husband and their 3 dogs and 2 cats as well as gardening in her flower beds and watching tennis.

 

logan | assistant sales manager

Logan began his Weed Man journey in 2015 as an Outside Sales Representative, then moved over to our technician department where he treated lawns for a few years. Finally, Logan has now moved over to our sales department and is now our Assistant Sales Manager. In his free time, Logan loves to play pool, hike, and watch the Browns. A fun fact about Logan is that he sings in a professional choir and recently had the privilege of singing at Carnegie Hall.

 

TECHNICIANS 

Our team of technicians are comprised of seasoned and experienced senior techs as well as our excellent route technicians and assistants. These guys represent the face of our company as they meet with our customers on the lawn and work to provide our amazing customer service each and every day and in all elements of weather.
